Physiotherapist

Primary Responsibilities: The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, treating, and rehabilitating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical conditions to restore function, relieve pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability. Working across inpatient and outpatient settings, the successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload using evidence-based physiotherapy practices, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a minimum of three (3) years' post-qualification clinical experience managing a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation cases. Eligibility for registration to practice in the Cayman Islands is required, together with a current license to practice in Canada, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, Jamaica, or New Zealand. The candidate should demonstrate sound clinical judgement, strong assessment and treatment skills, and experience applying evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, electro-physical modalities, movement re-education, and orthotic or prosthetic management. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are essential. A valid driver's license is desirable.
