Visitors

Visiting a Patient

We realize that spending time with your loved one is important to the healing process. As a member of the family — in our eyes, that's any person who plays a significant role in our patient's life — your emotional support is not only welcomed, it's deeply encouraged.

Billing

Billing & Payments

Payment for a service is taken following your visit or sometimes in advance to a scheduled procedure or operation.

JCI Reporting

Patient Safety Concerns

Patients, families, and visitors who have concerns regarding patient safety or the quality of care received at the Health Services Authority (HSA) may also report these concerns directly to Joint Commission International (JCI).

JCI reviews concerns related to patient safety, quality of care, and compliance with international healthcare standards in accredited healthcare organisations. Reporting a concern to JCI does not replace HSA’s Patient Feedback Form and resolution process, but serves as an additional avenue for individuals who wish to raise concerns externally.

Submitting a report will not affect a patient’s access to care, treatment, or services.

You may submit a concern directly through the JCI Patient Safety Concerns or Complaints or email: JCIQuality@jcrinc.com
