Interpreter Services

Every patient deserves to be heard.

We are committed to providing safe, respectful and inclusive care for every patient regardless of the language they speak or whether they communicate using sign language.

To support clear communication between patients and healthcare providers, HSA offers free professional interpretation services across its facilities.

Through our interpretation platform, staff can connect with trained interpreters in seconds using a tablet or desktop computer, helping patients better understand their healthcare, ask questions and make informed decisions about their treatment.

  • Inform the registration team or your clinical team
  • Ask for an interpreter when scheduling your appointment
  • Let staff know your preferred language

Our team will arrange interpretation support as quickly as possible.

Sign Language Support

HSA also provides access to sign language interpretation services to support patients who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Our goal is to ensure all patients can communicate comfortably and confidently throughout their healthcare experience.
