Report a positive Lateral Flow Test (LFT) result here. Persons who test positive, whether via a self-reported LFT or a Certified LFT, must take a PCR test at the next available opportunity. The following clinics will be available daily:

Request a vaccine certificate for travel to the UK: Effective November 1, 2021 the UK will accept Cayman’s digital vaccine certificates through the HSA Patient Portal. This removes the need for individuals travelling to the UK to request vaccination certification letters from Public Health. Those who have signed up for the MyHSA Patient Portal will be able to print out their Covid-19 Vaccination Record to use as proof of their vaccination status.
