Smith Road Pharmacy
The Smith Road Pharmacy is HSA's main pharmacy and is located at Smith Road Medical Centre, 150 Smith Road, George Town.
As the largest pharmacy in Cayman, the HSA pharmacy offers a wide selection of medications for hospital patients, government employees and prescriptions from your private physician. With eight pharmacy locations across Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac, we can provide services close to home for all residents of Cayman.

WhatsApp is the preferred method for refill requests, as it allows our pharmacy team to communicate directly with patients in real time regarding the status of their request and any additional information required.

Please note that online requests are submitted via email and do not provide direct status updates or feedback regarding the progress of your refill request.
Phone – Call 345-244-2715 or 345-244-7542 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to request a refill or speak with a member of our pharmacy team.
In Person – Refill requests may be made in person at any HSA Pharmacy location (including district pharmacies) except the Anthony S. Eden Hospital Pharmacy.
Refills will also be delivered to civil servants working at the Government Administration Building.
*Refill requests submitted via WhatsApp, phone, online form, or in person are only available for prescriptions with refills remaining. If you require a new prescription, please contact your doctor. Most refill requests are processed within 24 hours. Refill services are available at all HSA Pharmacy locations (including district pharmacies) except the Anthony S. Eden Hospital Pharmacy.
Please be advised - When collecting your medication, please provide photo identification along with your current health insurance card. The average wait time for prescriptions to be filled is approximately 30 – 45 minutes, although during peak times such as 10:00am – 2:00pm you may incur extended wait times.
