Occupational Therapist (Therapy Services)
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered rehabilitation programs that restore function and promote independence. The successful candidate will conduct standardized and functional assessments, implement tailored therapy interventions, recommend adaptive equipment, and support patients in regaining daily living and vocational skills. The role also involves ongoing progress monitoring, discharge planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent), with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience, and be eligible for registration in the Cayman Islands. A valid license from Canada, the UK, USA, Jamaica, South Africa, or New Zealand is required. Additional training in neurorehabilitation, seating and mobility or hand splinting and upper limb treatment modalities will be considered an asset.
