  • Patient Experience: Essential for High Value Care presented by Dr. James Merlino, Chief Experience Officer of the Cleveland Clinic Health System, who has presented at two previous Healthcare Conferences;
  • Physician Accountability presented by Dr. Wael Barsoum, President of Cleveland Clinic Florida; and
  • Empathy presented by Dr. Antonio Briceño, Vice President of Global Health Center in Cleveland Clinic Florida.
