Petrina Moore is a Senior Paralegal in the Corporate Group in the Cayman Islands, with over 10 years in the legal field, working in Finance and Corporate.

She possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with extensive experience in emergency care and patient advocacy. In addition to her clinical background, her paralegal experience specialising in structured finance brings strong regulatory and governance insight.

Petrina gained valuable work experience at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida, before returning home to work at the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority.

She has worked for well-known firms where she has handled diverse cases, complex legal issues, and a wide range of clients, all of which have contributed to her professional growth and expertise as a member of the corporate department, where she supports the team on various corporate and finance matters including various structured finance transactions, CLOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, joint ventures and debt and equity financing.
