Michelle Coleman

Michelle Coleman is a seasoned professional leveraging almost 20 years of leadership, fiduciary, and accounting experience within the Financial Services Industry.

She has held several senior management positions and served as an independent director on a variety of alternative investment funds and special purpose vehicles within the regulatory environment in the Cayman Islands.

Michelle was previously a Vice President and Independent Director of a publicly listed firm and currently leads a HNW family office within the Wealth Management space, where she also serves as a director.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA).

She holds an Accredited Director designation, is CAMS qualified and a Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.

She is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association, a member of STEP, and is registered as a Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority pursuant to the Directors Registration and Licensing Act.
