The Cayman Island Health Services Authority (HSA) introduces a new online payment system — a more convenient option for patients to pay their bills and make payments securely online.
Following evaluation of patient feedback and the HSA’s commitment to providing improved patient-experience, the online payment is an additional option for patients to pay their medical bills and deposit for scheduled services.
The online payment is now available at https://payments.hsa.ky allowing individuals to pay with a credit or debit card using our secure certified payment gateway.
The new online payment system is an addition to the existing payment options including cash, cheque, online bank transfer and domestic transfer (Electronic Funds Transfer – EFT). For more information visit https://www.hsa.ky/how-to-make-a-payment/
The HSA has also revamped patient statements to include a QR code for ease of access 24/7 to the online payment information.
